Summary: We had a short break in Ottawa. The accommodation was ideally located next to the rail link service to the city. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Summary: This was our first time staying at a Townsuites and couldn't fault it, big comfy bed, quiet and amenities for cooking were great. The bar prices were very reasonable, especially at happy hour and the pool was a nice bonus. I'd definitely stay here again

Summary: This hotel is great, besides a few things. I have stayed here three times so far for work. So I have had 3 different rooms at this location. Every single time I've found something wrong with the room, but it wasn't horrible enough for me to switch rooms. The first room, I barely had running cold water in my bathroom sink, which got fixed upon mention at the front desk. Fantastic! The second room had these odd pink marks (kind of looks like mildew pattern) on the wall, all around their window which did not bother me even though it was definitely unusual. The last room I stayed at, it was finally perfect, however the AC did not work very well. For two days, despite setting the level to 10°C, it never went below 21-22°C in the room and the air blowing did not feel very cold, so I kept overheating (as I prefer it slightly cooler). I brought this issue up to the front desk after the first night. The staff told me they had fixed it when I came back to the room later that day. It was not fixed. I mentioned this to the man upon checkout and he told me that their AC shuts off after hitting 21°C which is not true. The previous rooms I stayed in, the AC allowed me to get the room colder than 19°C if I set it that way. It was cooler outside in the middle of summer than it was in my room so I did not spend as much time in my room as I usually do. You never know what you're gonna get... 😂

Summary: Large room with well equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed, well placed television. Attentive and polite service. Breakfast was good, not great. Great location adjacent to O Train station.
